No-Kayfaben is No nonsense !

This is an introduction to the reason why I chose the phrase no-kayfaben for my website. I will explain what the word means, the how and why the word was created in the first place, and finally why I think the word will make www.no-kayfaben.com authentic and different from any other shoot interview or wrestling site out there. There are many other wrestling terms out there, and part of this site will be based on teaching fans these terms. Not only to teach these terms, but to also bring you a little closer to the world of wrestling so everyone that comes through here can have a better understanding for my favorite sport and to also bring back old school wrestling.

The word kayfabe is a wrestling term. I'm going to attempt a visual example, so you can have a better understanding of what kayfabe means. When a wrestler throws a punch, he throws it with the intent to make the fan believe he really hit his opponent, when in reality, he barely touched his opponent. The wrestler basically made you believe something that didn't really happen. That's kayfabe!!!
